The following items are used when updating your entry in the database.
The username is the single item which will always point to you, and 
can be any combination of letters and numbers (but no spaces or other 
characters).  It will be available to the public, and can be the same as 
the username you use elsewhere, assuming that name is not already being 
used in this system.
On the other hand, the password you select (which is also made up of 
letters and numbers) will be private and only you should know it.  Do not 
use the same password you use on other systems and do not tell it to 
anyone.
Though you should try not to forget your username and password, if you do 
forget either and need to make a change to your entry, just contact Apu 
via e-mail or any other means you can think of.
